What I mean by your positive relationship with smoking is, I often hear people say I want to quit smoking but I really enjoy smoking, especially with a few beers or a wine.
You see, if you fear quitting and kind of still believe you like smoking, you are never going to quit, no matter how clear you get on your WHY.
The idea that quitting must be hard is one planted by the tobacco and nicotine industries. They want you to believe you’re too weak to quit. That the cravings will be unbearable. That you’ll fail. Because fear keeps you smoking—and them profiting.
SO HOW DO YOU QUIT WITHOUT CRAVINGS OR PNEUMONIA?
You have to work with your subconscious beliefs. It's your subconscious thinking, the beliefs and thinking that goes on in the background that needs to change.
